Apparently that the picture you see above is a leaked press shot of the 'woman's only' phone HTC Bliss. It seems to be running Sense 3.5 and a rather small screen. Not sure what makes it scream "woman!", but we do notice the white strip across the top. That may be what HTC thinks makes this feminine. This isn't confirmed nor is it official that it really is the Bliss, or any other phone by HTC for that matter.
Regardless, you can make the call your self!
